Task Checklists Pro runs entirely inside Zoho's own infrastructure. It has no server of its own and makes no network calls outside Zoho. Everything it stores is held in Zoho Projects' own extension storage, inside your portal. There are no analytics services, no trackers, and no third-party SDKs.
The app runs as a widget inside Zoho Projects and uses Zoho's client SDK to read:
The app does not read task descriptions, comments, attachments, time logs, custom fields, or user profile information. It does not modify any Zoho Projects data outside its own checklist and template records.
Two kinds of record, both held in Zoho Projects' own storage inside your portal:
Checklist and template text is written by you. The app does not inspect, categorise, or transmit it. If you type personal information into a checklist item, it is stored the same way any other text in Zoho Projects is stored — inside your own portal, under Zoho's control.
Checklists are shared, by design — that is the point of a team checklist. Anyone in your portal who can see a task can see and edit its checklist. Templates can be applied by any portal member, but only portal owners and administrators can create or edit them, because template management lives on the extension's settings page, which Zoho restricts to administrators.
Access is governed entirely by Zoho Projects' own permissions. The app does not add permissions of its own, and cannot show anyone data they could not otherwise reach.
If you purchase a paid plan, payment is handled entirely by Zoho Marketplace. Earlywick never sees or stores card details, billing addresses, or any other payment information.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at the same location and the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
Questions about this policy or how the app handles data can be sent to support@earlywick.com, or via the support contact listed on the app's Marketplace listing page.
